When managers only concern with the statistic of employee performance itself,basically it means they fail to take additional internal and external factors into consideration?2.) Is outcome-oriented culture placed company’s interest over employees’ welfare?3.) Managers should take advantage of outcome oriented characteristics to be efficient and effectively in management?4.) Will it be better if managers focus more on the process itself to sort things out, rather than outcome?5.) Instead of forcing,will it be beer to motivate employees?
